Our journey began over a year and half ago when my friend, Mary, sent Li Pei's file to me. She said that when she saw ths little girl, she thought she was ours. Well, she was right. She was meant for our family.
Mary and I found each other through the internet. Her daughter, Mariah, was Sydney's best friend in the orphanage in China. We kept in contact and even visited them in Ohio. Sydney and Mariah are too cute together and we are thankful that we are able to keep in touch. We have become great friends over the years and with God's help we are now in China adopting again together!
They are adopting 2 girls on this trip and it has been great hanging out with them.

I've just now had a chance to check in with your blog. Your daughters are precious! Lily looks so happy. I hope that the transitions continues to go smoothly for you all when you get home. The Garden looks beautiful!
