We got our LOA!!! China had approved us to adopt Yu Li Pei!! This is a major step in the process.
We should get our permission to travel in about 2 months.
We should be in China sometime in May or June!!!!!
Please pray that we can get to China before Yu Li Pei turns 9 on May 17th. If we left for China on May 13th, we would be able to get her on May 16th. Then on her birthday we would sign the adoption papers. I would want nothing more than to officailly make her a part of our family on her birthday.
